Barn Foundation

The barn foundation on the property was full of junk and needed to come down.  Mike, the guy putting in our septic system, was able to crush the foundation, bury and level it so we will have a nice grassy slope in the future.  The boulders that made up the foundation were amazing.  They were HUGE and hundreds of them.  A friend of Mike's took some (about 4 truck loads) of them to build a retaining wall and we still have a lot left over.  We will use some for seating/tables around a fire pit and then possibly a retaining wall by the side of the house where the new septic tank is.  The yard already looks so much better!
